Exciting opportunity for a Tax Credit Compliance Director at Senior Lifestyle! Lead compliance team, maintain regulatory relationships, and ensure property compliance in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with compliance regulations for federal multi-family housing programs
- Extensive knowledge of Section 42 and HUD policies and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Hire, supervise, develop, and train compliance department team members
- Ensure properties comply with all regulations and requirements
- Maintain reporting databases and ensure all reporting is completed in a timely manner
