- Knowledge of Oracle 11.5 Enterprise Business System
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter all supplier invoices into Oracle daily and monitor the AP automation solution
- Match receiver to the invoice and perform the 3-way match process within Oracle
- Review accounting coding of non-purchase order invoices and ensure proper approval before processing for payment
