Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in Full Charge Bookkeeping with proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Record day to day financial transactions
- Prepare AP and send out on scheduled basis, post AR payments
- Reconcile daily invoices and monthly statements and pay them by scheduling and preparing checks and credit card payments
Education
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) but not required.
