Qualifications
  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience for 30+ employees
  • Knowledge of multiple payroll platforms like ADP, Paychex, etc.
  • Payroll Certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of payroll taxes and regulations
Responsibilities
  • Process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll
  • Implement best practices for new hires, terminations, benefits, etc.
  • Maintain vacation/sick accruals, benefit billing, reconcile EDD correspondence
