Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience for 30+ employees
- Knowledge of multiple payroll platforms like ADP, Paychex, etc.
- Payroll Certification preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes and regulations
Responsibilities
- Process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll
- Implement best practices for new hires, terminations, benefits, etc.
- Maintain vacation/sick accruals, benefit billing, reconcile EDD correspondence
