Seeking an organized Office Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support in a fast-paced environment at REAGAN GOLD GROUP LLC.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide customer service
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents
  • Support management team with administrative tasks and projects
  • Maintain and organize filing systems
  • Process invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals
