Description
Seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead strategic and tactical planning for commercial and multifamily service repair and replacement projects with a focus on safety, production, quality, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in service management or construction field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage CRM software for service tickets and scheduling
- Hiring, training, and supervising Service Technicians
- Oversee new construction project management and scope of work
Education
Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or related field preferred
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
