Seeking a Project Manager for Land/Site Development in Charlotte, NC. Responsible for project management and team leadership, must have 4+ years of experience.

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Registered P.E. in North Carolina
- 4+ years' experience
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience as a Project Manager for Land/Site development projects
Responsibilities
- Direct responsibility for projects and leading a team
- Serve as point of contact for clients
- Responsible for project management reporting and client invoicing
- May supervise Engineers or CAD Technicians
