Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and documents
- Minimum of 3 years’ construction experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of New Construction and Modernization project management
- Communicate regularly with architects, contractors, suppliers and owners
- Ensure project is constructed in full compliance with the contract documents
