Qualifications
- 5+ years K-12 experience
- 5+ years of championing Safety and QAQC culture
- 8+ years of proven construction experience
- 5+ years of effectively coordinating subcontractor activities
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with schedulers to develop and manage project schedules
- 3+ years of experience in project planning and logistics
- 2+ years of experience in interpreting plans, specifications, and subcontractor contracts
- 2+ years of experience in mentoring and supervising other Superintendents
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for field operations within designated project areas
- Work directly with the Project Manager to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and ethically
- Supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents directly
Education
A Two-year College Degree minimum
