Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience in complex commercial development or construction management
- Technical experience in building's mechanical or electrical systems
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop project budgets
- Work with design/construction teams
- Evaluate alternative design and construction methods for cost optimization
Education
A bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent
