Join our team as a Home Maker Companion, providing essential care and assistance to seniors and veterans in their own homes. No experience required, just a compassionate heart and a desire to help others.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
- One year of experience as a Home-Maker Companion Caregiver in healthcare (in homes or communities)
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Possess a valid driver's license and insured automobile
Responsibilities
- Meal preparation and snacks according to instructions
- Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
- Perform housekeeping activities (vacuuming, dusting, laundry, etc.)
- Medication reminders
