Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work, Speech Language Pathology, or related clinical field
- Current license, registration, and/or certification as applicable
- Three years of clinical experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise interdisciplinary treatment plans
- Coordinate with care team for quality care delivery
- Facilitate patient progress and communication with families
