Description
Seeking a bilingual Staffing Coordinator for home care services. Coordinate staff assignments, communicate with RN, and provide general information to clients.
Qualifications
- One year of Home Care Coordination Experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish verbal and written skill is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic data entry skills
- High School Diploma/GED required
Responsibilities
- Identify and assign staff to meet client needs
- Communicate with RN-Home Care Supervisor regarding all new clients, changes in staff assignments and client needs
- Provide general information to the public regarding home care services
- Collect initial intake information from clients
- Ensure employee files are complete and up to date with all required documentation
- Be available on a rotating schedule for On Call evening and weekend service
