Description
Looking for a Community Health Worker to escort clients to appointments and assist in reentry from correctional facilities, must have strong communication skills and be willing to travel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred
- Experience working as a peer escort a plus but not required
- Good communication skills, bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct client escort as needed to various appointments
- Assist in picking up newly released clients from Rikers Island
- Advocate for external client services
