We are seeking committed individuals in Fairhope to join our cleaning team as full-time janitors. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining clean and pleasant environments, we want to hear from you! This role is ideal for those who enjoy evening or night shifts, ensuring that facilities are spotless for the next day's activities.

Comprehensive hands-on training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped for success in maintaining various facilities. Previous janitorial experience is a plus, but not essential — we're looking for a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, with review for benefits eligibility after one full year of service.
