We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team of gardeners in Tuscaloosa. As a full-time gardener, you will have the opportunity to learn on the job and develop your horticultural skills while earning a stable income. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Your responsibilities will include planting, watering, weeding, and general garden maintenance across various locations in Tuscaloosa. You'll work alongside experienced gardeners who will mentor and guide you.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with benefits available after one year of employment.

Working hours are from 7am to 3pm daily.
