No prior swim instructing experience is required, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training in our structured program designed to equip you with the necessary skills.

Starting salary is $20 per hour with additional benefits after your first year.

Your working hours will be flexible to accommodate early risers and evening classes, with typical shifts scheduled between 8am to 4pm or 1pm to 9pm, ensuring you have diverse opportunities to impact swimmers throughout the day.
