We offer comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you develop the skills needed for road construction, including paving, asphalt laying, and other essential tasks.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with full benefits available after one year of employment.

Standard working hours are from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.
