We believe in learning by doing, so we offer comprehensive on-the-job training. You'll gain valuable experience operating a variety of farm equipment, from tractors to harvesters, all while earning a competitive wage.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with benefits available after one year of continuous employment.
