We are seeking full-time Greenhouse Technicians in Arvin who are eager to learn and grow within the sustainable agriculture industry. As a Greenhouse Technician, you will receive hands-on training in the management and maintenance of greenhouse systems, ensuring optimal conditions for plant growth.

On-the-job training will equip you with the skills needed while allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to sustainable food production.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with benefits available after one year.

Working hours are from 7 AM to 3 PM daily.
