As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to master the art of constructing durable and aesthetically pleasing retaining walls. No prior experience is needed—learn and earn simultaneously!

Our training program is designed to help you build a fulfilling career while earning a competitive hourly wage. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with an attractive benefits package available after one year of service.

Work hours are from 7am to 3pm, providing you with a consistent schedule and ample time to enjoy the coastal charm of Cardiff By The Sea.
