As a Baseball Coach, your role is to develop the athletic skills and sportsmanship of our student athletes through comprehensive on-the-field training and guidance. Our focus is on fostering a competitive spirit while maintaining a supportive and educational environment. On-the-job professional training and development opportunities are provided to enhance your coaching skills, allowing you to make a positive impact while cultivating the next generation of baseball talent. Coaching responsibilities will include leading daily practice sessions, honing individual player skills, and collaborating on strategic game plans with team members and other staff. Working hours are flexible, with evening and weekend commitments during the baseball season. Salary starts at $45,000 per year with benefits available after one year of employment.
