Seeking full-time Farm Equipment Operators to join our sustainable agriculture team in Los Osos. Experience with operating tractors, harvesters, and other farming machinery is preferred, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of farm equipment, assisting in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops to ensure high productivity and quality.
