We are seeking dedicated full-time Road Construction Workers in Torrington to be part of our team improving local infrastructure. No prior experience is necessary as we offer comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you gain the skills needed while earning a competitive wage.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with benefits available after your first year with us.

Regular working hours are from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.
