Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive roof inspections to assess conditions and identify necessary repairs
- Document findings with detailed reports and photographs
- Collaborate with project managers and roofing crews to address any issues discovered during inspections

Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in roofing inspection or related field
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay is $28.00 per hour with the potential for benefits after one year of employment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.
