While on-the-job training is provided, a solid understanding of baseball fundamentals and strategies is preferred. You’ll have the opportunity to shape future talent while earning a competitive salary.Starting salary is $50,000 per year with benefits becoming available after the first year. Working hours primarily include afternoon practices and occasional weekend games.
