We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Baseball Coach in Hialeah. This full-time position offers on-the-job training and a chance to mold the next generation of baseball talent.

As a Baseball Coach, you will work with youth teams, developing their skills, strategies, and sportsmanship. You do not need prior coaching experience; just a passion for baseball and a desire to learn and grow in this role.

Starting salary is $45,000 per year, with additional benefits available after the first year.

Working hours are flexible, but will generally mirror team schedules and practice times.
