Highpoint is looking for full-time Foundation Drilling Operators who are eager to learn and master the skills of drilling operations. Through Job Hopper, we offer a hands-on training program that ensures you can earn a substantial income while developing your expertise.

We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and an excellent start to your drilling career.

Starting salary is $32.00 per hour, with benefits available after one year.

Work hours are from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
