On-the-job training will be provided, allowing you to gain hands-on experience while earning a steady income. As a Snow Removal Operator, you will be responsible for timely and efficient snow and ice removal, ensuring public safety. A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate heavy machinery are required.
Starting pay is $25 per hour, with benefits available after one full season of employment.
Working hours are variable and will be determined based on weather conditions, typically involving early mornings, late nights, and the need to stand by for urgent calls.
