We are seeking full-time Greenhouse Technicians in Longwood who are passionate about horticulture and eager to learn. No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided as you grow with us.

As a Greenhouse Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining plant health, managing irrigation systems, and ensuring optimal growing conditions in our state-of-the-art greenhouse facilities.

The starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits available after one year of employment.
