We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to step into the role of Lead Barback Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the barback team and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar area. The starting salary is $21.00 per hour, with the possibility of benefits after one year. Normal working hours span from 3pm to 11pm daily, though flexibility is appreciated to accommodate busy periods and special events.
