Our approach focuses on practical, hands-on training, enabling you to earn while you master scaffolding techniques that prioritize safety and efficiency.

Starting hourly pay is $22.00, with a comprehensive benefits package available after 12 months of employment.

Work schedule consists of regular hours from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, promoting a balanced work-life routine.
