No experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided, allowing you to earn a decent living while gaining valuable skills in asphalt application and repair. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with a robust benefits package available after one year of employment. Standard working hours are from 7am to 3pm daily.
