We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team for various construction projects in Valparaiso. This is a full-time position with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. You will be responsible for operating a range of heavy machinery including, but not limited to, excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to assist in site preparation, grading, and other construction activities. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are familiar with our equipment and safety protocols. Starting pay is competitive at $25.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits available after one year of employment.Working hours are from 7am to 3pm daily.
