We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Iowa Falls as full-time Steel Erectors. This role offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in steel construction while earning a competitive wage. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

You will be trained by industry professionals and equipped with the skills needed to excel in steel erection, all while enjoying a stable and rewarding career.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with attractive benefits available after your first year of employment.

Work hours are from 7am to 3pm daily.
