Bell Co. Det. Ctr. in Pineville is currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Agronomist to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in soil, crop, and plant sciences to help us achieve our agricultural goals.

We provide on-the-job training and continuous professional development to ensure you grow along with us. You will conduct soil testing, plan and implement crop management strategies, and monitor crop health to ensure high yield and quality.

Starting salary is $55,000 annually with attractive benefits available after one year. Working hours are from 7am to 3pm daily.
