As a Farm Equipment Operator, you will receive on-the-job training, allowing you to develop your skills while earning a competitive wage. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining various farm machinery used in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.

Our starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with benefits becoming available after one year of employment.
