No experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training, allowing you to learn and grow in your role.

Our training program ensures you will be well-prepared to create stunning water features, ponds, and natural habitats. You'll be earning $21.00 per hour with additional benefits after one year of employment.

Working hours are from 7am to 3pm daily. Join us in enhancing Baltimore's landscapes one pond at a time!
