No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you master the necessary skills while earning a competitive wage.

Our training is designed to provide you hands-on experience, paired with expert guidance, to facilitate a rewarding career in ironworking.

Starting pay is $25 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package available after the completion of one year.

Standard working hours are from 7 AM to 3 PM daily, providing a structured work schedule.
