We are seeking passionate and dedicated Agronomists to join our team and help advance sustainable and innovative farming practices inspired by Waldorf education principles. As an Agronomist, you will collaborate closely with farmers to optimize crop production, implement eco-friendly practices, and promote soil health.

Your role will be integral to educating and empowering farming communities while ensuring food security and environmental stewardship.

On-the-job training is provided to ensure you develop expertise in the latest agricultural technologies and methods while earning a competitive salary.

The starting annual salary is $65,000 with benefits offered after one year.

Working hours are from 7am to 3pm daily.
