We are seeking a dedicated Ranch Hand to join our team in Charlestown. Your role will involve managing day-to-day ranch activities, including livestock care, fence repairs, and general land maintenance. No prior experience is required as we offer comprehensive on-the-job training, ensuring you learn as you go while earning a stable income.

The starting salary is $18 per hour with benefits available after one year of employment. Standard working hours are from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.
