We are actively seeking full-time Dairy Farm Workers in North Easton, MA to join our dedicated team and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of dairy farming. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training while allowing you to earn a competitive wage.

Our training program will guide you through various aspects of dairy farming, from milking cows and feeding livestock to maintaining farm equipment and managing pasture health.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with added benefits available after one year of commitment.
