Blackman is looking to hire full-time Steel Erectors who are eager to learn and grow in the field of structural steel installation. No prior experience is necessary; we offer extensive on-the-job training that allows you to earn while you learn.

Our starting pay is $25.00 per hour, and you will be eligible for benefits after completing one year with us.

Working hours are from 7am to 3pm daily, providing you with a stable and consistent schedule.
