We are seeking full-time Farm Equipment Operators who are eager to contribute to sustainable agricultural practices. Gain hands-on experience while operating a variety of farm machinery on our innovative farm. On-the-job training will be provided to help you become proficient in managing and operating modern farming equipment effectively.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for benefits after the first year of employment.

Standard working hours are from 6am to 2pm, offering a work-life balance in a fulfilling environment.
