Our program emphasizes on-the-job training, and we support instructors in building their skills to inspire and guide athletes of all levels.

Starting pay is $25.00 per hour, with the addition of benefits after one year of dedicated service.

Working hours are from 9am to 5pm daily, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work environment.
