Excelsior Springs Swim Academy is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as full-time Swim Instructors. This is a fantastic opportunity to turn your love for swimming into a rewarding career while receiving comprehensive on-the-job training.

As a Swim Instructor, you will help people of all ages and skill levels develop their swimming abilities in a safe and fun environment. Your journey will begin with extensive training to ensure you can provide the best possible guidance to our clients.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with benefits available after one year of service.

Working hours are from 7am to 3pm daily.
