We are seeking full-time Farm Equipment Operators who are eager to learn on the job and contribute to the successful management and cultivation of various crops. This role involves operating and maintaining a range of farm machinery such as tractors, plows, seeders, and harvesters.

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped with the necessary skills while earning a competitive salary.

Starting pay is $25.00 per hour with additional benefits provided after one year of employment.

Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
