At Sparks, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training, so no prior experience is necessary. We'll teach you everything you need to know to become a skilled swim instructor, guiding children and adults alike in mastering swimming techniques while ensuring safety and fostering a love for the water.
Starting pay is $25.00 per hour, with benefits available after one year of dedicated service.
Job hours are from 7am to 3pm daily.
