No previous gardening certification is required; however, a love for plants and the outdoors is essential.Compensation starts at $18 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance and experience.Comprehensive training on plant care, landscaping techniques, and tool usage is provided. Benefits are available after one year of full-time employment.Standard working hours are from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.
