We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Barback Supervisor to join our team at a vibrant and busy bar in the heart of the city. If you have a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a dynamic team, we want to hear from you! As a Barback Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the barback team, ensuring the bar operates smoothly, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities include supporting bartenders, replenishing stock, and managing inventory, all while keeping the bar area clean and orderly. You will also assist with hiring and training new barbacks, as well as scheduling and performance evaluations.

Offering a competitive starting pay of $21 per hour, with additional benefits available after one year of employment. Working hours are from 5pm to 2am daily.
